In 1825, the first “Iron Horse” was created to transport goods long distance but nobody thought it would become an icon that would later change the world. The same could be noted about the small coffee growing area of the Eastern Ugandan Sipi Falls region. Mt. Elgon was believed to be the home of Gods, and now this divine fertile soil grows some of the highest quality arabica beans on Earth. In less than 10 years of growing, Ugandan Sipi Falls coffee is certified under the Rain Forest Alliance and certified organic UTZ. The rich sustainable African soil creates pronounced flavors such as salted caramel, apple, and even sweet cola.
